Providing it’s within 30 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items. Please note: We do not accept returns or refund purchases for customised or custom sized items, this includes custom sized netting.

If for any reason at all you believe we’ve sent you faulty or defective items, we’ll try and get to the bottom of things as soon as possible.
